Vegetovascular dystonia, or hypotension, is accompanied by a breakdown, frequent dizziness, drowsiness, lethargy, and headaches. Low blood pressure is not unique to older people, young women and men suffer from hypotension. In order to conduct a full-fledged life activity, it is necessary to learn to independently raise the pressure and control the general condition of the body. There are many ways to help you cope with the task. Let's consider them in more detail.
Practical recommendations for increasing pressure
- Sleep. Hypotonic sleep requirements are significantly different from people with normal or high blood pressure. When vegetovascular dystonia is necessary to rest at least 10 hours a day, while 8 hours should be carried out at night, the remaining 2 - during the day.
- Job. It is worth revising the mode of work, which is associated with mental activity. If you are working on a PC, take a 20-minute break every 1.5 hours.
